In this Power Automate Forms to Forms to Email videos I’ll show you step by step how you can setup your Power Automate Flow to automatically send an Outlook Email notification when someone selects a SPECIFIC answer in Microsoft Forms.

It’s super easy to setup the automation in Power Automate to get notified when someone submits answers in a Microsoft Form. You can also add a condition, so you get an email or mobile notification only when a specific answer is submitted.
This way you can choose when to get notified. You just need to add a control and a condition to your Power Automate Flow so when the user selects a specific answer the notification is sent. You can setup a mobile notification or an outlook email with the persons answers. It’s very flexible and easy to combine these together.
